I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them. There is no support for FireWire or similar camera connections. You will need to perform capture of the material outside of Resolve in this case.
