Ravenous Hydra removes Kha'Zix's main weakness of having a slow clear, while also giving a crazy amount of AD that makes it the best item on him either way. Hydra works on both bruiser and assassin builds, but its omnivamp and lack of lethality makes it synergize better on bruiser builds.

You need to take advantage of the reset or the ability will feel kinda useless. I like to play him with conqueror and with bruiser and assassin items. Conqueror in the paper looks better for kha’zix on season 11 than the current rune.
