( I totally effed up by doing it that order but I originally didn't plan on going catless or tuning but changed my mind). Now that I have both things done the car is really loud but it's a bit too raspy sounding with valves open ...You don't need a tune for the downpipe and you don't need a downpipe if you're tuned. That being said, without a tune you'll get CEL and not a huge power gain with the dp. And if you get the tune, you'll get more power but be limited with the stock dp.
